1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InstaClaw (“the Service”), operated at getinstaclaw.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstaClaw is a hosting and deployment platform for OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant. We provide a managed environment where users can deploy their own OpenClaw instance connected to messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) and optionally link Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) for AI-assisted productivity.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use InstaClaw. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

  • InstaClaw operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits which are consumed as your AI assistant processes messages.
  • Credit costs vary by AI model. Usage rates are displayed on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
  • If your credit balance reaches zero, your AI assistant instance will be automatically suspended until you add more credits.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InstaClaw to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications through your AI assistant
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through your AI assistant
  • Attempt to access other users' data or instances
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer the Service (the underlying OpenClaw software is open-source; this applies to InstaClaw's proprietary hosting platform)
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates the AI model providers' usage policies

6. Google API Services

If you choose to connect your Google account for Gmail, Calendar, or Drive access:

  • You authorize InstaClaw to access the requested Google services on your behalf
  • Access is only used to fulfill your explicit requests to the AI assistant
  • You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions
  • Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

7. AI-Generated Content

InstaClaw deploys AI models (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, etc.) to power your assistant. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing content before acting on it.
  • Emails or messages sent by the AI assistant on your behalf are your responsibility. Review automated drafts before they are sent.
  • AI model behavior is subject to the respective provider's terms and capabilities.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. InstaClaw may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaClaw and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages arising from actions taken by the AI assistant on your behalf.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to InstaClaw in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your AI assistant instance will be shut down and associated data will be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
